Our food is naturally healthy. Using the highest quality produce of sun, soil and sea: grains and pulses; vegetables which are grown for flavour rather than size; olive oil; cheese and yoghurt; herbs and spices.
We insist on every dish being made from scratch with no shortcuts, using only the freshest of ingredients. Using high quality ingredients is very important to us. Not just for flavour - cooking right is part of our culture.
